I am currently studying in detail all the information about the EB3 visa and I have more or less started to understand how it all works. I watched videos on YouTube on this topic and read many articles, most of them were about the visa EB3 on the eb3work website and that is where I usually learned all the information. And what channels on YouTube did you watch? You wrote everything correctly. YouTube also helped me a lot a couple of years ago, especially those videos where people talked about their experience of obtaining this visa and the problems they encountered. As for this site, I often looked at the monthly published current dates for the visa bulletin on it, because I never learned to determine them on my own.
